The best oatmeal cookies on earth
Old fashion - moist and chewy. When company's

Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy. Beat in both sugars. Add
cooking oil and vanilla.
Dissolve baking soda and salt in hot water. Stir in.
Add oats, flour and stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased
baking sheet.
Bake in 350 degrees F. (180 degrease C) oven for about 8 to 9 minutes.
